Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange products in the following situations:
- Manufacturing Defect: Defective products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt, as provided by the Consumer Protection Code.
- Purchase Regret: If you change your mind, you can return the product within 7 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable laws.
How to Return or Exchange

In Physical Stores:
- Visit any of our physical stores with the purchase receipt and the product to be returned or exchanged.

From Home (Domestic and International):
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Return/Exchange" and include the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Product photos (in case of defects)
- Our team will contact you as soon as possible to provide further instructions.
Return Rules
- Deadline: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Product Condition: The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all accessories and manuals.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
International Returns
For customers outside Brazil, follow the same procedures outlined above, with the following additional considerations:
- Return Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including shipping fees and any applicable taxes or customs fees during the return process to Brazil.
- Processing Time: The estimated time for processing a return or exchange may vary depending on shipping times and customs clearance.
- Inspection: Once the item arrives at our store and is inspected, we will contact you to confirm the refund or exchange.
Refund Process
After the returned product arrives and is inspected, your refund will be processed as follows:
- The amount will be refunded using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.
Exchanges
If you choose to exchange the product, after the initial email contact, our team will provide further instructions for the exchange process.
